Pink Handheld Day

Pink Handheld Day

Join the fight by purchasing a R1 or GMR2-Plus Handheld Radio to benefit Cancer Care Resource.

Don't need a radio? Still want to help?

Rugged Radios Supports
Cancer Care Resource

Every October, Rugged Radios teams up with race driver Renee Hudson to raise money in the fight against breast cancer.

Every time Renee is behind the wheel, she’s raising funds. All of the money she raises goes to her local mammogram program at the newly formed Cancer Care Resource. Early detection is so important!

When you buy a Pink Radio all proceeds (including tax and shipping!) go directly to the Cancer Care Resource. Last year we raised over $30,000 - let’s make that number even bigger this year.

“This may not impact someone you know and love today, but sooner or later, it will touch all of us. Join Rugged Radios in supporting the Cancer Care Resource in the fight against breast cancer.”

-Greg Cottrell

Before you purchase a Pink Radio, it's crucial to ensure compatibility with your group's communication needs. Understanding the type of radio your friends, club, or riding group uses—whether VHF, UHF, or GMRS—is essential for effective communication. For beginners or groups not involved in racing, GMRS radios are highly recommended due to their user-friendly nature and coverage capabilities. For more information, click the link below
