Rugged offers two styles of headsets: Behind-the-Head (BTH) or Over-the-Head (OTH) headset. The OTH design uses a metal band with a comfort pad that goes over the top of your head, while the BTH design features a metal band that goes behind the head and a Velcro strap that goes over your head.
