In the heart of Southern California’s quiet hills, Eva Star is revving up for her biggest challenge yet—the 2025 SCORE International season. After earning last year’s SCORE Rookie of the Year title, she’s back with a fresh racecar design and a fierce drive to win. We’re proud to be supporting Eva in a bigger way than ever this season—and we can’t wait to watch her leave her mark.

Bold New Look, Same Tiger Stripes

Her Rookie of the Year title called for a fresh look, and Eva Star’s 2015 Polaris RZR delivers. Staying true to her signature tiger stripes—a design she’s carried since her early racing days—she chose a candy pink glitter paint from SXS Headquarters, finished with a metallic wrap by Bink Designs. Built for Baja, this UTV is every bit as capable and confident as the driver behind the wheel.

The pink doesn’t stop with the design—Eva also runs our limited edition pink mobile radio, part of our annual campaign supporting breast cancer awareness. It’s a subtle way to carry a meaningful cause into the chaos of race day—and just one more way she brings heart into everything she does.

From Rural Roots to a Rising Racer

Eva’s story is full of contrasts—soft-spoken but fiercely competitive, calm but relentless. She’s homeschooled, has helped younger students as a teacher’s aide, and lives with selective mutism—making her quiet confidence on race day all the more remarkable. She spends her days wrenching on her car where the background noise is more likely to be birdsong than engines. But when she hits the start line, that calm turns to focus. She doesn’t get nervous. Just excited. And with talent beyond her years, it’s easy to forget she’s still a teenager.

Locked In for San Felipe 250

With the San Felipe 250 on deck, Eva is more focused than ever. She’ll be starting first off the line in her class—a prime position she’s determined to make count. She hasn’t won in this car yet, but everything’s lining up: a sharp new design, a clear head, and communication she can count on.

For Eva, knowing her comms are powered by Rugged gives her one less thing to worry about. Her dad handles the radio traffic, relaying key info through the intercom so she can stay locked in on the course. When she nears a pit or the finish line, she tunes in—taking in the energy, the strategy, and the stakes.

More Than Just a Number

Her race number—1919—isn’t just a random pick. The first 19 comes from her old school ID; the second marks the 1900 class she competes in today. It’s a quiet nod to where she started—and a reminder of how far she’s come. With a dialed-in RZR, our team in her corner, and a full season ahead, Eva Star is more than ready. The glitter might catch your eye—but it’s her grit that’ll keep her out front.

San Felipe is just the beginning. With her sights set on the full 2025 SCORE schedule, Eva isn’t just showing up—she’s out to prove she belongs up front. We’re proud to be part of her journey—and we’ll be cheering on #1919 every mile of the way.
